Essay Competition – “Organ donation – Best donation

On the eve of Indian organ donation day Celebration, essay competition was organized on 22/07/2024, by Department of Pathology and Department of Biochemistry in collaboration with Nursing College, DH, Nashik. Total 28 participants were present for essay competition. Duration for essay competition was 1 hour. H.O.D. of both departments guided faculties to conduct and organize the event.

       Papers were assessed on 23/07/2024 by Dr. Archana Patil & Dr. Archana Bagad. Many essays were written so nicely; it was very difficult to select first three prizes. Beautiful handwriting, meaningful content, presentation and knowledge about organ donation were the criteria for assessment. Six best papers were selected out of 28 essay. Out of those six papers first three and three consolation papers were judge by

Dr. Rajendra Chaudhari Sir and Dr. Manoj Naphade Sir.

Dr. Suhas Patil Sir Were Chief guest and guest of honour Principal Nursing College; Dr. Chaudhari Sir (H.O.D. Pathology), Dr. Naphade Sir (H.O.D. Biochemistry),                  Dr. Archana Patil ma’am. Doctors from various departments Dr. Dandekar ma’am,      Dr. Neeta Gangurde ma’am, Dr. Smita ma’am, Major Dr. Singh sir, Dr. Dipali Bhagat, Dr. Vaishali, Dr. Vrushali, Faculties of Pathology & Biochemistry Departments Were Presents.

Resident doctors, interns, nursing students were present. After felicitation of all our guests present on dias, our chief guest enlightened and encouraged audience with their thoughts about organ donation.

       Through this essay competition, spread awareness about organ donation and help student to achieve scientific knowledge about organ donation.
